FAQ's

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?
All our sweet gifts are baked fresh to order and delivered from our Cravings Etc Studio in Wangara, WA via Courier or personal delivery.

We deliver our delicious goodies Wednesday through Friday based on your best delivery date which you will enter at checkout. We have been known to deliver on other days, it just depends on how busy we are.

You will receive a shipping notification email once your order is on it's way.

CAN I CHOOSE A PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE?
Yes. You can choose a ‘preferred’ delivery date at the checkout. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we will endeavour to deliver your gift so it arrives on or before the date requested.

CAN I SHIP GIFTS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Not yet, we plan to add this is option as a feature in the future. You can create different orders to different delivery addresses however. Each address will attract the same shipping flat fee. One address, one fee. Multiple addresses, multiple shipping fees.

ARE ALL YOUR HANDMADE PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
As noted each of our individual Cravings Etc treats and gift hampers are handmade from scratch in our studio daily, occasionally a particular item may not be available in which case we will replace it with another item of equal or higher value.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, unfortunately, due to the fragile and fresh nature of our hampers we only offer Perth metropolitan delivery at this stage.

HOW LONG WILL MY TREATS STAY FRESH?
Our hampers are best kept in the refrigerator. Please keep in mind that all of our handcrafted treats are 100% natural and free of preservatives; so eating them ASAP is ideal. Enjoy! Having said that, our brownies and cookies will last between 6-12 weeks, with everything else have approximately a 2 week shelf life.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?
We don’t offer a nut-free option because we bake in a kitchen that uses nuts and use Belgian chocolate that is processed in a facility with nuts. We do offer one gluten-free hamper, however, please note our kitchen is not an exclusively gluten-free kitchen.

HOW LONG DO MACARONS LAST FOR? To enjoy them at their optimum texture most of our macarons are best eaten within a week of purchase. The exception to this is our best selling Salted Caramel macaron, which will last for two to three weeks. They can be eaten beyond this time but will soften each day. They should ideally be kept airtight and refrigerated – wrapping a plastic bag around our boxes can be sufficient. For nationwide special events and corporate gifting, we have a range of flavour options we can work with that travel better and have extended shelf lives. Please enquire so that we can tailor a solution for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking as good as it did when it left our studio. Due to laws regarding perishable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baked goods.

If however, you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date, let us know and we will endeavour to make you happy again!
