By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you agree to all terms, conditions, and disclaimers.

Cravings Etc may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any amendment is effective immediately.

PRICING AND TRANSACTIONS
All prices quoted, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of GST.

All prices, unless otherwise stated, are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).

In the event a customer is entitled to a refund, the refund will be made to the original credit card account minus transaction fees charged by our payment gateway to us.

Cravings Etc accepts payment by direct debit and Stripe portal for online payments.

When providing your credit or debit card details you are agreeing that you are authorised to use that card and it must have sufficient available funds to cover your charges.

SHIPPING
Cravings Etc offers $20.00 delivery fee within the Perth Metropolitan area during business hours on Wednesdays, Thursday and Fridays.

In the event when the goods are dispatched and the recipient is not available to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to the Cravings studio and a calling card will be left notifying the recipient to pick up the goods.

We do not accept an ‘Authority To Leave Items’ option.

Cravings Etc uses our own couriers. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as damage or delay that results in a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

Cravings Etc will work with the customer to assist in resolving any issues that may be a result of a third-party failure.

In order to avoid any disappointment, please place your order early to provide us with the best opportunity to deliver your gift by your preferred delivery date.

You may choose a preferred delivery date in the delivery calendar at the checkout.

Please note that we endeavour to deliver on a specific day, and make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive on or before the date requested.

Due to the nature of our products International or interstate delivery is not available.

Delivery times can not be selected and can vary upon the courier’s delivery schedule.

We currently only deliver on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and do not ever deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.

For Residential addresses, if a courier deems a delivery location unsafe, the order will be returned to our studio and redelivery fees will apply.

For business, school, and hospital addresses, Cravings Etc accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are redirected to the mailroom, front desk or reception.

Cravings Etc prefers you use a business address where possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect, insufficient, or missing address details provided, Cravings Etc cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced.

It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.

When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be returned to the Cravings Etc Studio and disposed of as being perishable products, we cannot re-deliver. Pick ups can be arranged if they are within a 24 hour period.

In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to decide on whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.

In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the monies spent on both the gift box, add-ons, and delivery.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS Please make sure all order details are correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to vary any orders within 48 hours of their delivery.

In instances of high demand, some sweet products may need to be substituted for a product of equal or greater value to meet delivery times.

Cravings Etc is unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and/or are with a courier for delivery.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Any dissatisfaction with the product(s) must be communicated to Customer Service within three (3) days of delivery. Call 0483204544 or email tasteme@cravingsetc.com.au

Cravings Etc reserves the right to request photos of the original product(s). To assist us in quality control it is our policy, if requested by us, to collect the original products.

To arrange a return, seek a refund, replacement, or exchange, you must email us at tasteme@cravingsetc.com.au to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number and reason for the return.

Cravings Etc do not refund for change of mind.

PURCHASE AND SALE OF ALCOHOL
Cravings Etc supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. All orders for liquor are facilitated and processed by Cravings Etc ABN 3825145991 Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence for a licensee to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person. Alcohol quantities are limited to 1.5 litres per recipient. When placing orders customers should ensure that they do not exceed sending the permitted alcohol limit of 1.5 litres (approximately two bottles) per recipient. Purchaser Representation: By ticking the ‘I agree’ button during the checkout process, the purchaser represents that they and the recipient, are over 18 years old.

The purchaser accepts that it is an offence to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
We proudly hand make your brownies, macarons, honeycomb, shortbread, grissini and more and source our complimentary hamper products from small-batch Western Australian businesses where possible.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be small variations in the appearance of products compared to the product images on our website.

In the instance that a product is unavailable, Cravings Etc reserves the right to replace it with a product of the same or greater quality and value in your chosen hamper.

PRODUCTS STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Shelf Life – Cravings Etc products have a shelf life between 7 days to 12 months and vary to each specific product, refer to the product page for details.

Storage – upon delivery place your products and hampers in the refrigerator where possible.

The sooner you consume our lovely hampers, the better.

ALLERGY AND DIETARY ADVICE

Our products may contain traces of nuts and respectfully suggest refraining from ordering our products if you or the recipient of your gift suffers from any nut allergies.

Our products including gluten-free is not suitable for those who are highly sensitive to gluten, or vegans.

Please note we do offer gluten-free products however, our bakery is not an exclusively gluten-free kitchen.

Customers entitled to a discount must quote, enter or apply the valid discount code prior to order payment and finalisation.

Discounts will not be applied to an order after payment has been taken.

These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any terms and conditions, written on or associated with, ‘the discount’.

Only one promotion code may be used per order.

Cravings Etc is not liable for failure to perform obligations, including but not limited to, the fulfilment of an order or a delivery, if such failure occurs as a result of acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or any other natural disaster) war, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, terrorist activities, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, theft, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service or any other event or phenomenon beyond the control of Cravings Etc.
