Naturally gluten free our macarons are made in our studio and is a delicate meringue-based cookie sandwich made primarily from egg whites, almonds, and sugar. The outside is crisp but inside they're more moist and chewy. They can be filled with a ganache, buttercream or anything desired! Our selection is a weekly thing with many flavours being created every week. You can make requests, but we think you will enjoy the element of surprise!
Storage
Shelf life 3 weeks in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container.
